Previously I talked about the tips in general so for this part I’ll be telling you about foods that help and for those who prefer dieting I’ll have some you can try out.

1.     There’s no shortcut

When you want to loose weight you have to put your heart in it in order to push yourself and your body.

FOODS THAT HELP WITH WEIGHT LOSS

Most of these are things we see in the market and assume them

1.    TOMATOES

  Tomatoes contain a fat burning compound called 9-oxo-ODA. They also have beta-carotene and lycopene which help out with weight loss and smaller waists.

Eat raw tomatoes as a snack if you can it will go a long way to helping you.

2.    Grapefruit

You never see it but it’s always there. Grapefruit is a gold mine when it comes to weight loss. Eating half a grapefruit before every meal will help you burn around 3.5 pounds in 12 weeks. It activates fat burning hormones, gives you the sensation of feeling full and suppressing appetite so no more midnight munches.

3.    Spices

Most spices speed up your metabolism as well as make your food appetizing. Add turmeric, black pepper and many more to your food.

4.    Apple cider vinegar

This vinegar increases the rate at which carbs are being burnt by your body, speeds up metabolism and crushes cravings.

Take 1 spoonful of vinegar and add it to water. Drink it 30 min before you eat.

7.    Cinnamon

Stabilizes sugar levels and adds flavor to food so stir some into your coffee and get sweetness without adding calories

8.    Bananas

9.    Blueberries

Filled with anti-detoxans that help with weight loss

Using olive oil in cooking is better than using vegetable oil because it has good fats

23. Low fat Greek yogurt

Has twice as much protein as other yogurts and takes longer to leave your stomach. You burn more calories digesting protein than carbs.
